  • I had a great experience at GNC today. I would actually say, I had fun. I was greeted by Benjamin as he noticed I had absolutely no idea what I was doing in a vitamin store. I told him I read an article about "Adaptogenic herbs", and then proceeded to completely slaughter the names of 2 herbs. The look on his face. I know he wanted to laugh, but he just said he knew exactly what I was talking about and finished the names I had not said yet on my list. Thank God. He knew everything about them. It was as if he had read the article I was holding. It was an article on Adrenal Fatigue. I was quite impressed. But then, it went from there to just funny. Other customers came in and his interactions with everyone was wonderful. He could make anyone feel welcome, no matter their personality. And an added bonus, he actually knows what he is talking about! I left with the herbs I was wandering around looking for, much more knowledgeable than I came in. We will all be taking our vitamins in my house, if not just so we can go visit Benjamin!
