  • This place is amazing! I went to Buy Buy Baby for the first 4 months of my pregnancy and I came here after realizing that place is terrible and doesn't guarentee their merchandise. I was so relieved when I realized their was a maternity store that cares about their merchandise and customers. They even told me to come back if my jeans stretched too much or I wasn't happy with the quality of the clothes I bought even after wearing it, but I'm happy to say I don't think that will be the case. The moment I walked in the store I was approached by Courtney who explained to me how I should pick out and try on maternity wear. I was a little irritated by it at first because I like shopping by myself, but it turns out I was doing it completely wrong and I needed her. She made suggestions and helped me find what I needed while not putting any pressure on me. I like having a few expensive clothing items that I wear frequently, but the majority of my shirts and dresses cost under $20 and I went in wanting to be cheap because I figured I'd only need the clothes for a couple of months. Again, there was no pressure, but she helped me realize that I wasn't helping myself by spending less now. This is my first baby and I plan on having 3 more after this within the next 5 years. I also will likely wear these pants for the 3 months after delivery. In addition to that, I failed to realize just how uncomfortable 3rd trimester is and that I'd be kicking myself in 2 month if I bought $20 jeans from Ross rather than the amazing 7 jeans that I invested in. I even walked out of the store in one of the jeans I bought because they felt so much better than what I came in wearing. I spent most of my time in the clearance section of pea in the pod which I thought would make the store rep less happy to help me shop, but she didn't miss a beat when I picked out 20 clothing items and wanted to try them all on. She even helped me with different sizes and was willing to dig through the clearance section for me to find the other sizes when needed. I ended up buying the majority of it which she wasn't expecting and it was clear by her facial expression when I brought it all to the register. I can't wait to come back in a month or two when the seasons change and I need some spring clothes! This place is the best!
