We called in our order ahead of our arrival. We arrived much sooner than expected, when we walked in, they seemed to have misplaced our order, when it was finally found we paid and sat for at least 30 minutes, although we were told twenty minutes on the phone, five of which was spent driving there.
They were busy at the time and really seemed ill prepared for it, there was a real lack of organization, which just added to the frustration of waiting there.
I'll give them one thing though, the other location didn't even pick up the phone.
