  • Sage - is hands down one of my favorite restaurants in Las Vegas. The style of the restaurant and the attention to detail are some of the highlights that keep me going back. I love the rooms there and have always loved the food. It's eclectic and modern, with such a beautiful classic feel to everything they do. The food is the creation of Chef Shawn McClain. He's man behind the 'Five50 Pizza Bar' also at Aria, and now 'Libertine Social' at Mandalay Bay. Truly an artist. The tasting menu at Sage is seasonal and every bit delicious. On our most recent trip - we decided to choose from the al a carte menu. It's filled with items that are just too good! We enjoyed beautiful cheese selections, excellent lamb paperdelle and spectacular flavors like the seabass with a pistachio aioli, blood orange purée and watermelon radish. Just too good. If you get a chance - and please make it available to yourself - get over to Sage and enjoy one of the best meals around. Happy Eating ! If you're feeling like something decadent and delicious- the FOIE GRAS candy bar with salted caramel and caramel popcorn, is a fantastic treat.
