rev:text	This is probably the worse Honda dealership I have ever been in my life, it's a SCAM they treat you like crap. I am not going to lie our salesman there was excellent but the financial advisor Gilbert was so rude and disrespectful, he got mad because we didn't wanna purchase any type of "coverage" etc. He was literally forcing us to do it, he has totally NO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever. Well making long story short our plates never arrived home like they promised, so we went to the "MVD" found out our license plate arrived at the dealership 2 weeks before, not only that but Sr. STEVE PEÑA refused to gave it to us because according to him he STOP THEM FROM ARRIVING TO OUR HOME! He was worse because he threatening us by saying "he would cancel our plates and he knows where we live" if we do not pay some down payment that he claimed to be his money! This "man" talked so bad about the receptionist disclaiming that "she was just one of his employees but she was an idiot and had no idea what she was talking" I cannot believe this type of "jerks" are able to work as desk managers on a prestigious dealership as it is HONDA. Because this type of humans people like us prefer to do business somewhere where they actually shows respect for us. As we were leaving he said to other associate "this is how you treat Hispanics" This review is to let all of you know what kind of "Service this pieces of humans will offer you" STOP AND THINK BEFORE YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. By the way my friend who is a lawyer disclosure that No dealership has the right to Cancel your plates if in the contract appears as you paid for them already. I am sorry for the rest of the crew because jerks like this two always affects the business. Never doing business with them again, and I will make sure not to recommend them to anyone until I find out them 2 are gone.
