rev:text	IT HURTS SO GOOD!!! It really is the true love hate relationship. Foxy Kickboxing is awesome! I can only speak to Cassandra's class in Kicks Martial Arts. But this lady is amazing. You wouldn't think too much of her; small, blonde, wants to meet Miss Piggy and loves Metal music, but she can really kick some ass. She knows her stuff, and keeps it fun while teaching (which is really the most important thing of any class, you want someone who takes it seriously yet can have some fun) I've been there for about 3 or 4 sessions with my cousin. You get a full body workout complete with a 5 min warm up, about an hour session of kickboxing essentials (keep in mind it is an aerobic class no sparing), ab session, and stretching cool down. The class is always full. Once we left registration to late thinking "oh we'll be fine." LIES!!! Class was full and we had to wait for a full like month and a half before we could sign up again. It's an all women's class, all ages, and all body types. It's awesome to see mother and daughter pairs, cousins, and best friends. (I've noticed that there are normally a lot of returning people so you do get to know the people you are beating up pretty well) Probably the best thing about Foxy and Cassandra is she really focuses on making sure no one feels discouraged. She always makes sure she knows modified exercises so if there is a move you can't do you have an alternative. Like I said it really is the true love hate relationship, it hurts so much after but you feel so good. I can't wait until September when we can sign up again. Because of Foxy I found out I have a wicked right hook. And sumo kicks are the devils work.
