  • If I could give 0 stars, I would have. I got in line at budget around 11:15 am and left at 1pm (rented 3 mini vans). This place is poorly ran, bad processes, long line, up selling, rude and extremely unprofessional. If i could have cancelled I would have after spending 45 minutes in line. I looked back and lines kept forming longer and longer while other rental car dealers had no lines at all. I dealt with a lady name Fran. What a joke, I don't believe she knew what customer service meant. By far the rudest customer service I have ever received in my 30 years of traveling. Pay little more and go with another rental company. You will not save by going with Budget!
