  • As an update, Dale did finally return my messages about the unsatisfactory tub results and he did come and redo the glaze, resulting in a much better look. I still think he is way overpriced, however, and I did not appreciate him changing his price on the tiling, and I did not appreciate the fact that he did not respond to my complaints about the tub until after I threatened to go to the contractor's board. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I would not recommend him or use his services again.
