Couldn't tell you a thing about the care quality...
Called and scheduled an appointment for our 6-year old. Had a very specific conversation about how young patients can be. Told that it would be fine as long as she knew her letters and shapes. Great. No problem.
Show up at the appointment and told they will not see her because they don't see patients under 7.
Seriously? I understand the challenges with pediatric patients, and thus most practices have specific policies. Apparently they do, too, but they can't seem to communicate that to their customers (or even to their own front office staff).
Nice. I hope they're great eye doctors because they're not so good at the basics of running a business.
