  • Just missed a full day of work waiting for a scheduled service call. Tech never showed up .. They never bothered to communicate to me that the tech had an emergency and cancelled. Typical of how their service calls are handled. I've only placed 4 service calls in 3 years and only when urgent. They need to improve on communication and service calls.
