  • Their return policy is all over the board. They have one policy listed on their receipts but then numerous small signs handwritten next to large numbers of items that is different from their "general" policy. Despite being almost across the street from my house I'll spend the extra time to travel somewhere else and/or buy online. The potential for savings isn't worth the hassle. (I.e. Customer service really does matter)
