  • I had them replace my laminate counter-tops with granite & had a good experience. I only had two estimates as I was moving from out-of-town, so I was limited in shopping, but I have no regrets. The owner is point of contact for everything, so there not multiple people to deal with & waiting for someone on their day off. The price is based on the granite you select - different patterns are different prices per square foot. Also, there's a cost to make a cut for a sink & for fancier edging. I happened to select a pricey granite. I was directed to go to a warehouse along RT8 in Shaler Township where they had thousands of slabs. I picked the one I wanted. Luckily, one slab was enough for my job. The work was done in two phases, based on my moving in. While I was here for a week, the old counter tops were removed. After I settled-in, the new ones were installed. Top Tier did all the work, including the plumbing hook-up. I got a new sink & kitchen faucet as part of the change as it seemed foolish to keep the same old faucet. There have not been any issues.
