This location service doesn't live up to the name.... I have one of the charm bracelets with 6 tiffany charms. one of them is the porcelain blue box. well the blue part chipped away in less than a year. so I went back to see what they can do. Their answer was "SORRY, this is common with the porcelain blue charms and we can't repair it." they wouldn't even exchange it. This was about a year ago and since then have been turned off from Tiffany. Today, I went to the San Francisco store while in California. They have a customer service desk. Thought I would ask the same thing about my charm. His answer about the porcelain blue was the same but he offered to exchange it! Not only that, he gave me the option to exchange for the plain silver one. While I love the blue, but I went ahead and opted for the silver box. Now that is the Tiffany and company service I would expect.... so never will I shop in the Calgary store.
