  • If I could do zero stars I would. Seriously one of the worst doctors offices I have ever been to. I had been dealing with back pain for a few years now and just wanted to find out what was going on. I'm not into taking pills for pain and wanted to approach this pill free as possible. My first appointment was okay and we scheduled an MRI,even the MRI went okay but every appointment following has been a nightmare. Billing is a disaster. I was over charged by $60 and nobody from billing returns calls. After a week of trying, they told me they would credit my card back. Well, that didn't happen. I had to leave 2 more voicemails and go into the office to be told the check is in the mail. A week has gone by and still no check. I was really frustrated by all of this so I requested my medical records to be told I'd have them emailed to me in 3 days. Today is day 14 so I called for a status to be told they don't send them over email and anymore and I was given the wrong form. I really don't trust this office anymore. At least my MRI came up with an L5 herniation no follow up from them. Just a diagnosis and a good luck. Save your time, money and frustration and find a different office. This place is a complete joke.
