  • This is by far the worst rathole terminal in Toronto. It is an embarrassment for any international visitors going through it. It has the same standards as a dingy bus terminal I live downtown and had heard a lot of good things about Porter Airlines but the whole experience of jumping on a ferry to travel about 20 feet, no on-line US customs and the incredibly dirty terminal has soured me. As I type this I am sitting at the enhanced seating with free iPad usage in an incredibly clean Terminal 1 at Pearson wondering why I would ever want to fly from Toronto Island again.
