  • I came in on my lunch break because a friend who is a car buff recommended this place. First, customer service, and wait time was impeccable. Unfortunately they didn't do a very good job of washing my car. There were still remnants of bird poop on the back, they didn't bother to even vacuum the cargo area of my Subaru Forester even though it was empty with the exception of a yoga mat bag and the wipe down was not so great and vacuuming in general could have been better. I splurged on the extra $10 for conditioning and it was 1) very shiny but 2) half assed so it made it very apparent when certain areas weren't wiped. My car was pretty dirty going in so maybe I should have splurged on a detail, and was planning on doing that next but I doubt that Id come back for a detail when they can't do a good job on a $26 car wash. I'm going to go back and ask if they'll finish the job and will update my review then. If it weren't for the superior customer service this would have been a 2 star rating.
