Choose this body shop due to it being a "preferred" shop by my insurance company and the location from where my accident took place. At the beginning of this experience the people here were very delighful and helpful. Soon after things began to change. My car was taken there at the nd of the day on 6/17/15. I was told that it would be ready by Tuesday of the next week 6/23/15. I called on Monday 6/22 to confirm my car would be ready and was told that it would not be due to the car needing to be repainted. This was a delay that they knew about but they failed to contact me about. On that day I was told it would be ready by Thursday 6/25/15 at the lastest. I call back Thursday morning to confirm I can pick up my car that afternoon and was again told there was another delay in painting and they needed more time. Asked to speak to their manager and eventually spoke to John Streeter who was apologetic and pleasent. He informed me that I he would now need until the following Tuesday 6/30/15 at the latest to have my vehicle ready. Needless to say, that time again was not met. Now it was going to be Wednesday 7/1/15 because it needed an aligment. I call today 7/1/2015 and now there is a problem with my strut which is causing another delay. I am now being told it should be ready on 7/2/15 but by now I have little faith I will get my car back anytime soon. To make all of this even worse is that they know of all these delays and never once tried to contact me to let me know that their time frames would not be met. I had to call back every time myself and even asked for call backs with noone returning my calls. I hope this place eventually gets my car back to me. It is really dishearting when a place like this just keeps delaying and cannot meet their own time frames. If you need to have any body work done on your vehicle, avoid this place like the plauge. I wish I had.
