This was our first visit and our last visit, and we didn't even have any services done. We called to make sure we were driving to the correct place, and mentioned our appointment time and name of our dog and the person said ok. We arrived at 1:30 and checked in and they didn't tell us we had missed our 1:00 appointment, and they let us sit there an HOUR AND A HALF and then some, before we asked why we hadn't been taken yet and they said it was because we were now considered walk-ins! And we said when and why did that happen?! They said we had missed our appointment and were put on a walk-in schedule, but no one told us this when we checked in! Nor were we spoken to AT ALL for over an hour and a half. What kind of business is that? There was a clear lack of proper communication and seemingly lack of care for the customer. We definitely won't go back. We finally left. Just wanted to let you guys know that we were extremely dissatisfied with the service.
