In a nut shell:
- female server who greeted and sat us is extremely unpleasant, very unprofessional, and shouldn't be in the service industry! We asked her about our food and why it was taking so long and she snarled at us saying "I didn't put your order in and food takes a while to cook" I was like, um.....that's all you have to say? Then she gave us another dirty look and walked away. Seriously? Fire that b&%$.
- food took WAY too long to arrive (ordered brunch)
- tea served with bag in, warm water (not hot) and no side plate or milk/sugar - had to ask for it as well as a pot of actual 'hot' water
- my friend's Americano coffee was served in espresso cup and had loose grounds and tasted off - sent back - got another one in proper mug but wasn't the best tasting
- i asked for gluten free bread (which is $2 extra) and received only 1 tiny slice (they brought more when I asked about it)
- potatoes were practically uncooked inside but having waited almost an hour for the food, we didn't care to send it back and wait again as we were starving!
- my friend's fries were equally bad and cold
- my omelette had full sized olives, uncut with big chunks of pepper instead of nicely chopped veggies (like some lazy cook just tossed a salad inside basically)
The ONLY pleasant thing about this experience (besides the cutting board they served my meal on) was our server, Spencer - who I think should find another place to work that compliments him better ;)
