  • The tech's are amazing and their work is flawless. Bridgette does wonders with my eyebrows and Brazilians (which says a lot because of the location LOL) However, the front desk is another story. TWICE they called me to reschedule because the tech called in sick that day. The second time I said it was unacceptable because it happened before. Amazingly she was able to fit me right in after I complained. Also with the front desk; I am assuming they get paid a commission on the products they sell because they really do push them down your throat!
