I am a loyal Marriott lifetime platinum which when I add up all of my Marriott stays, I have spent more than 4 years of my life in Marriott hotels. I hate to write a bad review of a Marriott property. I have stayed at this hotel several times and had remembered it being better than it is. Let's start with the fact the the property is dated and in need of a refresh. But I stay at a lot of older properties and the customer service usually makes up for the oldness of the property. The TV's in the rooms are the old flat screens that were put into Marriott's way back when they first started switching to flat screens. They are definitely undersized for the rooms. Probably one of the most frustrating things is their concierge lounge. I went to the lounge to have snacks and watch Sunday night football...and they can't get the game in the lounge! Their TV in the lounge does not get NBC! Oh...and the attendant told me that the manager knows it because people were upset last Sunday night as well...but has done nothing to fix it. Hows that for caring for your customers? Not very Marriott if you ask me.
