  • Wasim is the absolute best!!!!!! When I met him he worked with me unlike any agent have done before. Having a real estate background I'm observant in the manner which agents conduct themselves. I can truly say he's a gem. Professional, understanding, available and fair. All the qualities you seek and need in an agent is all wrapped up in him. If anyone is in the market to rent or purchase, your first call should be to Wasim, he literally met me on Super Bowl Sunday after the game at 8:40 pm to pick up a security deposit on a rental I had to have and I worked that following morning, so there was no way I would have been able to apply. That's going the extra mile. Fair, he's fair it's important that when applying a security deposit that the landlord is fair on refunding when it applies, as he did with me. He returned my security deposit just as I knew the amount due to me, and he didn't play games with refunding me back. Give him a call, he makes renting easy. I left out Carrie. Omg! They are the perfect duo. She's prompt, she's outgoing and I can't stress their availability. She followed up on matters I sometimes forgot about to make sure the situation was taken care of. She'd check up on me with a curtesy email after every contact. Friendly and just a doll. Thank you guys so much for being rare. Keep up the awesome work and excellent client satisfaction.
