As an update to my review yesterday, I will say my situation was an unfortunate one. Within a matter of under an hour of writing my review, I received a call from Rudy Cools. I also received a message from the owner here. They take full ownership of the glitch in their phone system and acknowledge my calls. Since they did come around with customer service after my complaint, I do have to give them props and up the stars in my review. I still can't say anything about their services and ability to repair, but maybe in the future, I can call them up and give them a 5 star review then! Hopefully that is not for a long time though!
