  • My first visit at CEENAT in huntersville was quite backed up I was taken back around 9:30 for an 8:45 appointment, however, the doctors were very nice and I decided to follow their advice. I booked an appointment to follow up about a month and a half later. I took several medications for weeks in preparation to see if it would clear the problem up for my follow up. My appointment was scheduled for this morning, and after waiting in a line to check in, I was told I was "bumped" and they had tried to get ahold of me. This being said, I own my own business so clearing my schedule to make this appointment was a feat. An appointment made over a month in advanced should not be canceled. Needless to say I will not be going back. This company obviously doesn't need my business and does not value their customer's time. It's a shame because I really liked the doctor.
