We have always been happy with the doctors but the rude treatment we get in the office and on the phone and difficulty in making appointments has us looking elsewhere. The last time I made an appointment it took two days to get anyone to answer the phone. The calls went straight to the answering service no matter what time of day I called. Then, I received a message that the appointment was made on a day that the doctor would not be in and it would need to be changed. I called back less than five minutes after I received the message and got the answering service. When I finally did reach the office they treated me like it was my fault they scheduled me for a day the Dr. wouldn't be there. No thanks! We're done.
