  • No one here is professional. The woman who did my exam did a very poor job answering the questions I had, the staff working that day were not helpful at all. I did my exam and bought two pairs of glasses which they said would be ready within 7-10 days. They said they would call me but I never received a phone call and when I did call whoever answered was very rude and made me wait over the phone while she had a conversation with another staff member not related to my situation. I am never coming here again.
