  • I love Ross and I love a bargain, but why is this particular location almost always half empty? The racks look so sad! I try to check this place out often and it's always the same: half empty racks. This isn't the best Ross location in town so don't make a special trip to shop here. As with every Ross, checkout lines are ridiculously long.
