  • I honestly don't know why this company is getting such bad reviews. I am a tenant of Shirley's and as long as you pay your rent by the 1st you have no issues..I have seen the way she is with other tenant's who do not pay on time and yes, she is stern on her late fee's but that is to protect the owners. I also had a maintenance issue where my whole upstairs flooded and the maintenance was handled quickly. I have been with her for 5 years and compared to other managers I have had, she has been the best.
