Zero stars for customer service. Five stars for excuses!
I ordered a belt on 10/7/17 and it has STILL not shipped out! Talked to someone on the phone on 10/13/17 and she stated that she thought these belts were out of stock, even though their website says otherwise. She said that she'd ship out the belt over the weekend (wait, i thought you said they were out of stock?!)
Today, I called and someone else said that they don't know what is going on with the order, but he is "sure that the belt shipped" even though they don't have a tracking number, and there's nothing in their computer system showing that it's been shipped.
Incompetent!
UPDATE:
I got a call back--the belt has not actually shipped out yet, and won't ship out for another 3 days!
Major incompetence!
