Within the same week I got a call from management team of Frankie's who profusely apologized for the incident.After investigating the matter he courteously invited me to Frankie's and I went there last Saturday.Looks like the staff members have been coached because the servers including the one who was rude last time, we're very polite to all the guests. THEY were serving and asking every guest if the food is good and if they need anything.
I am happy that they take the customer,s feed back seriously
