  • There's no doubt about it this is a beautiful salon , you can see someone put a ton of money into making this one of the coolest places in the neighborhood. So, why will I never go back? Because, with an appointment, I was totally ignored for over 45 minutes! The person, I had made an appointment with (yes, I had an appointment, not a walk-in!) NEVER acknowledged me and when she finally did start, she never apologized for wasting my time. I'm taking myself to another nail salon since there are at least 3 within a half mile of each other. And FYI people are insulted when you talk about them in another language.
