  • What is the purpose of checking in online when you have to wait when you get here? It says if you ask for a certain stylist,you could have to wait longer, but I didn't and I'm still waiting 20 mins. Now had I not checked in online and just came over here, I would have saved myself 20 mins. Now I'm afraid to even get my hair trimmed.
