  • I broke my port on my Samsung phone and went to repair stores which was very expensive; then I went to Frys and other stores including other Tmobiile stores and was not satisfied so then I went to the Tmobile on Decatur and Charleston and got such good service with a SMILE from Marco. Not only did he save me money but sold me a pad to recharge my phone without having to repair it. Not one person the entire day even mentioned the pad. I had spent the entire day driving around trying to save money since we senior are on a budget; when Marco saved the day. Thank you Marco, Alice Lee.
