  • They mis-diagnosed supposed problems with our HVAC unit. I decided to have a 2nd opinion done the same day through my home warranty company. They found NOTHING wrong with it! I was given an estimate in the thousands to get my unit working 100% when there was nothing wrong with it. The technician also dropped a dusty air filter and the dust went all over our floor. Instead of cleaning it up, the tech said "maybe your cat can clean it up". I will never recommend or use this company again. I was extremely disappointed with the sales pitch when nothing was actually wrong. In fact, the electrical readings that the 72 Degrees tech gave me were actually so far off that the other companies technician first said he had never seen that in his 20+ years as a tech, but that those readings would have actually shorted out the main electrical panel to my home.
