  • Soooooo angry. I'm 9 months pregnant and have had to leave work multiple times to get home in time to have my garage door fixed which would have been fine if they didn't keep making mistakes. They made an error and ordered the wrong part and made a 3rd apt 4-6. I got home exactly 2 mins after 4, and they said they were there at 4 which must have been a lie because no one was in my driveway. I was told he couldn't wait 120 seconds for someone to open the door because he had other clients. I'm not sure how a company is able to run with such poor service. I would NEVER recommend this place. Then they cancelled the apt they rescheduled ?. I wouldn't have been so upset if they really cared, but the guy on the phone literally couldn't care less. DO NOT USE THEM!!
