  • We stayed here for three days for the Phoenix Open and have a wonderful stay. The property is located close to ASU, Mill Avenue, Tempe Town Lake and Scottsdale. The room was nice and we took advantage of the XYZ Bar a few nights. Service was very good and the overall stay was great. I had to take off 1 star for some simple maintenance issues that should be addressed around the property. The carpet is bunched up in the hallways, some signs are crooked and some other simple items should be addressed. We will plan to stay there again for an ASU game next season.
