  • GONE FROM VERIZON AFTER 11 YEARS Met with Matt at Verizon Boca Park. After telling me everything Verizon couldn't do (no Senior discount, no BOGO promotions, no Netflix, no insurance discount, no appreciation perks), I drove across the parking lot to T-mobile and purchased three iPhones. So much for earned customer loyalty. Verizon could care less.
