  • Last week, my car wouldn't start as I was leaving work. One of my coworkers gave me a jump and suggested I head to Auto Zone so they can test the battery. Even though the store was pretty busy, Ramon took the time to come outside and test my battery and alternator, and spent the time explaining some other issues he noticed to my boyfriend. He wasn't pushy at all, and gave me genuine advice, without trying to upsell me on anything. I ended up still having a warranty on my battery, which I purchased elsewhere. I greatly appreciate all the time Ramon took to help me!
