| - We've had about ten carpet cleaning services over the years, but now that we've found the best of the rest, I doubt we'll ever go to another service.
Here's the thing about Limpio Cleaning; they charge based on how much time it takes them to clean you carpets. Not the square footage, which can lead to some very off-putting metrics. Because, lets say, one room that you need cleaned is occupied one week out of the year, but the rest are high traffic areas, they charge on how much time they have to spend on getting it right. I hate the fact that most carpet cleaning services charge you based on an area they have not even seen. So, in one instance, you have to clean the floorspace between the carpet and the tile in a Tony Roma's restaurant. That should take about 60 minutes and cost you XXX. However, you're having someone clean your grandma's hallway on the second floor of a Victorian apartment, and it's about 4sq and looks like fairies danced over it on gossamer wings for the last 5 years. That takes about 55 seconds. Limpio is going to charge you based on how much time it takes to get your stuff clean, not some obsolete metric that doesn't matter at all. They put the Pro in Professional Cleaners and I'm glad as heck that we found them. I hope you find them too. You won't be disappointed.
