I booked a room on Vegas.com and then drove across town to check in. The front desk representative told me it takes around 30 minutes to process the reservation into their system and offered to call when our reservation was ready. I had 3 bags of my family's luggage and was forced to wait in the lobby anyways so I told him I would be back in around 30 minutes as he requested. After 30 minutes I waited in line again. Same response from the same representative. After 1 hour, I waited in line a 3rd time and this time Esteban Vera Asst Manager gave me the same response until I asked for his Manager. I told him this was my 3rd time in line. He repeated himself and I repeated that I wanted his Manager. I showed him the confirmation from Vegas.com and he started calling reservations?... After 15 minutes he finally told us he will put in the reservation and call us when he received a confirmation email from Vegas.com. I don't need to know about the confirmation email because I already showed him the confirmation number and information still on my phone's web browser. It is horrible customer service that he was going to have me come back a 4th or 5th time and did not get his Manager as I requested multiple times. It would have been easier and more pleasant to stay at home. Normally I love South Point but I'm very upset after this experience.
