  • I've been going to this salon for gels and pedicures for years, but I finally switched to another salon for my gel manicures because they weren't even lasting a week without chipping or peeling off. I kept coming for the occasional pedicure since I live close by, but I'm done. Last week I came in and all of the chairs were being used, so I asked how long it would be to get a pedicure, and the girl said not long 5 minutes. Ok, that sounded great. Well after waiting and waiting for over 45 minutes and watching at least 5 people come in after me with no appointments I had enough. I am very disappointed with the service after being a repeat customer for years. If the wait was going to be 45 minutes I would have appreciated an honest answer. Much better quality and service elsewhere.
