  • signs of BANKRUPTCY & GOING OUT OF BUSINESS!!! BEWARE!!! This company cannot pay their employees or sub contractors to finish YOUR job! it is illegal and fraud to use the money you paid for your job to pay for other peoples jobs. He is robbing Peter (you) to pay Paul (me) to stay afloat. All these complaints came from their employee's, project managers and the sub contractors, when i called in asking for an explanation why I had to wait months for things to be completed. I had a simple three day project that took over 4 months to complete. After the demolition phase they sent in someone who removed support beams and the plumbing was all jacked up loose and hanging there on broken 2x4s it was ridiculous and far from up to code. Then the poor project manager had to come out redo it and bring it up to code, This project manager no longer works there since he couldn't get paid and had to continually lie to customers for all the delays. he finally told me the truth and then Ray lies about it. The owner himself promised to fix things and promised dates thing would be complete and lied and never ever even returned phone calls. I hate complaining as I am in the contracting business myself. but i want to warn others to keep looking for a different company. Or be prepared to find all this out first hand. I will be going to the BBB, Yelp and Registrar of Contractors. UPDATE: Someone today just sent me a text and threatened me to remove my review. If you see my history I only post positive reviews. But when a fellow contractor takes my money and uses it poorly and not for the material and labor for my job. That is FRAUD!!!! When his employees are told not to cash there check's because there is no money in the bank account and will not even pay the over draft fees that is wrong! When subcontractors will not complete assigned jobs like my job and yours because they have not been paid for completed jobs that they have already completed. That is wrong. These are all poor business practices and the signs of going out of business # bankruptcy #goingoutofbusiness. (I know of several car dealerships around town that sold someones car and then spent it to pay bills and couldn't pay the owner and went to jail, it is the same thing) We pay you to complete our jobs! And then to have Ray lie over and over and over again about it and blame everyone under the sun and then the owner gives his word several times Ray and Don blame each other back n forth to delay a couple weeks here and a couple weeks there and then will not even return phone calls because Don knows he is caught red handed and disgraced all integrity. I truly hope they can turn it around but I will not remove my review and will warn others BEWARE or find ALL this out first hand. God bless you and I sincerely hope you get right!
