I've been a member of this gym pretty much since they opened when Susan was the GM she was the worst she kept messing up my deals and didn't know what she was talking about far as help with my contract or any general questions - I stayed because it's not that busy and the gym is clean then they switched to the new GM Brock and I've tried to reach them on 4 different occasions but they still haven't got back to me. Golds gym used to have this deal that if you refer a member you get a month free so I just referred one of my close friends to sign up a 2 years contract and I was asking if I signed him up I would get a month free partially September which was the next month - the sales rep guaranteed me I would get it free then of course when September I still got charged for it - so I tried to reach the manager and everytime someone at the front desk says he's busy in a meeting etc and still hasn't called me back even when I left a call back number. This really isn't fair to treat someone that's been a member with the company since when golds first opened.
