  • Worst pest control company I have ever dealt with! I urge anyone needing pest control services to be careful. This company should not get even a star, but you have to give at least 1 star to create a post. I tried to cancel my service because my house sold, I asked if they could transfer service to a new location, and this guy Kirk or Kurt who says he is the owner told me I had a cancelation fee of $300 (which is alright because if i signed an agreement i would hold up that agreement on my end) but when I asked for proof of this service contract he would not provide it. Told me he doesn't need to show proof of anything. "He has been around since 95 and does not need me." Be careful! There is no disclosure of service agreements,and because this company has your credit card on file they believe they can hold you hostage to their cancelation fee. They would rather threaten you than work with you. Where is the customer service? It's not here.
