| - This review is for cleanliness. We've stayed here multiple times over the years. 4 to be exact. Obviously, it's one of the best hotels on the strip but it's not perfect.
The last few times, we found it to be rather unsanitary. It's Vegas, so of course people party in their rooms.
I moved a chair to exercise and there was a condom underneath it, I kid you not. Obviously, the cleaning lady missed it. And this last time, the floor was slimy/wet when we checked in, I know because I stepped on it! We ended up putting a towel over it because it was late night! When the cleaning lady came the next day, she kept claiming that it was spilled coffee, which is funny because there are no coffee makers in the rooms!
I guess we could chalk it up to bad luck, twice. Don't get me wrong, it's a nice hotel but if you stay there enough times, you start to notice things.
Not wanting our vacation to end, we moved to Caesar's Palace, down the street, and were pleasantly surprised that they had renovated the Julius Tower, complete with coffee makers!
It's like comparing apples and oranges but my advice would be to clean-up & retrain your staff.
