  • I just moved to Phoenix from Los Angeles and was looking for a great nail salon to replace the amazing girls i had in Cali. I searched Yelp and this place came up with a lot of reviews and a 4 star average so i decided to give it a try. WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE!!! I am not rich by any means but I dont mind paying more than the average for a job well done. I asked for a fill and pedicure and walked out with a very POOR gel manicure, a color I think is grotesque and a pedicure a 7 year old can do. The gel on my nails was applied unevenly and the color reminds me of some Disney princess character. I asked for a light nude pink matte and got sleeping beauty glitter rain. My pedicure is embarrassing, i have to look for a different nail shop to fix this before I can even think of wearing open toe shoes. The guy who did my nails has apparently only worked there a couple of days and dresses like a gangster and talks like one. When I went to pay (mind you, not ONCE did he mention prices for anything) they had the audacity to charge me $60!!! I wanted to cry. I have attached pictures of the worst job I have ever had done on my nails. I just started a new job in Phoenix and I am not comfortable showing my hands. I would have fought it but i will simply take my money else where, they dont care anyway.
