  • Shopping in an Apple store is quite an experience....like a Disney store for grown-ups! I generally drop into the Market Mall location as it is closer for me but they didn't have the new iPhone 5 colors my family wanted. The Chinook location was able to assist with most of my "color" needs but didn't have everything in stock for this hot item. These stores seem to be always busy but there is always someone available to assist with a minimal of waiting. The service that Mike Sommers provided was amazing. He got us set up quickly and effortlessly while handling the obstacles and quirks that Rogers threw at him. He was also very patient & helpful with our numerous questions. Most retailers today could learn a lot from Apple!
