  • I had an appointment for 1:00. I didn't get in the chair until 1:40. I told Cortney that I wanted my collar bone length hair to be trimmed. Next thing I know she had cut it off to the point that it was at the end of the tape of my neck. Once I saw it I told her to stop cutting my hair in the back. I even showed her a picture of what I want. She did what she wanted. I wish I would have went some where else but it's too late. I'm so unhappy. And she kept telling me that my inch and a half length hair would still make a pony tail
