I was pleasantly surprised that Eric - Managing Partner, personally contacted me via yelp message to apologize for my dining experience in my previous review. He explained that this is a new restaurant and inevitably there are hiccups in the kitchen and service. I think he is being honest about it and by reaching out it shows that he cares about his business and not just an investor. I will return to this restaurant again in the near future. I am sure that my review have given him an outsider's unbiased opinion of a dining experience and will help him to focus his attention on the problems.
