Absolutely ridiculous service. They put us on a wait list which is fine. We waited 45 mins. When it was our turn a rep came over and talked to us and said to add two lines we needed a different rep. Meanwhile the other three reps went on to help the next three customers skipping us. We have been here for thirty mins and we're just skipped again for some people that weren't on the wait list at all but were here to be helped by that particular rep. My husband asked the rep that was originally talking to us why we keep being skipped and he said I'm not sure. Now we've been here about an hour and a half and treated like we don't mean anything to ATt. My company cell bill last month was $1300. I would like to think we are valued customers but apparently not. We will definitely be calling their corporate office.
